i hate that i love you,
that i can’t get you out of my mind.
i try to stay busy, consumed
but you’re there all the time.
now it seems too much time has passed.
we could talk about it all night long,
but its time i washed you from my thoughts,
time for mi to just move on.
you seem to have made your choice.
no sense in mi wondering anymore
what might have been if you were mine,
so what am i waiting for??

but i’ll have to not think about what might’ve been
